Difference between a balayage and color melt?

In balayage, a lightener is used to create a single tone that seamlessly fades from the root color. In contrast, color melting involves applying multiple shades of toner to achieve two or three different tones, resulting in a well-blended, multidimensional effect.


Does a haircut include a shampoo, blow dry style?

Yes! Every haircut at our salon includes a relaxing shampoo, followed by a blow dry and style to complete your look. We believe in providing a full, luxurious experience from start to finish.


How does the referral program work?

We love meeting new people! When you refer a friend or loved one to our salon, both you and the referred guest will receive $10 off any service. Please note that the discount for the referred guest is only valid for new guests and cannot be combined with any other offers. Don’t forget to present your referral card to receive your discount.


What should I do if I'm running late for my appointment?

We understand that life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running behind schedule. Depending on the length of your service, arriving 5-10 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled. Guests with multiple late arrivals will be required to prepay for their services to ensure a smoother scheduling process for everyone.


What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hours notice for reservation cancellations. Cancellations within this window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No call / no show guests will need to provide a credit card for all future visits to secure their appointments.


What if I'm not satisfied with my service?

Our goal is for you to love your look. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us as soon as possible. While we do not offer refunds on services, we are happy to make any necessary adjustments within 7 days of the original service to ensure you are fully satisfied.


What is your policy on product returns and exchanges?

We want you to love the home care products you purchase from JJ Wright's. If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept exchanges for something better suited to your needs. Product refunds are available within 30 days of purchase to ensure you are completely happy with your choice.
